Tiffany Cassell Operations Associate

Tiffany Cassell’s career journey has been anything but linear, and that’s one of her greatest strengths. She began working at just 14 years old in a Philadelphia pizzeria, where she learned the value of hustle, precision, and teamwork. Over the years, she brought that same energy into roles in healthcare accounts receivable, steadily building her problem-solving skills and developing a sharp operational mindset.

In 2022, Tiffany joined BlueSky Wealth Advisors, bringing her passion for process and adaptability into a new space: wealth management. The transition was a natural fit. Having previously worked at a firm that partnered with BlueSky, she was impressed by the team’s depth and attention to detail. Their tailored, client-first approach made a lasting impression and inspired her to become part of it.

Now based in New Bern, North Carolina, Tiffany serves as an Operations Associate, where she helps optimize internal systems and support seamless client service. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University and is a commissioned Notary Public in North Carolina.
