Ayasha Jones spent her early years soaking up the sun in Orlando, Florida, and Southern California before eventually planting roots in the quiet coastal community of Alliance, North Carolina.
She began her professional journey in retail management, and later transitioned into HR at an insurance brokerage, where she thrived in leadership roles that demanded both strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving. It was during this time that Ayasha discovered her natural alignment with operations and a growing interest in financial services.
That spark led her to BlueSky Wealth Advisors in 2015, where she found a perfect fit for her operational mindset and passion for continuous improvement. Over the years, she’s become a key force behind the firm’s internal innovation, always looking for new ways to elevate both team performance and the client experience.
In 2023, Ayasha’s leadership and contributions were recognized as she became a Partner at the firm. Today, as Head of Operations and Partner, she brings curiosity, precision, and heart to everything she does, ensuring that the firm runs smoothly and clients feel the difference.
