For Madison “Maddy” Carneiro, the spark for a career in financial services came early. Encouraged by her father to explore banking, she began her journey in 2014 as a teller. What started as a simple job quickly grew into a deeper passion as she advanced into roles supporting high-net-worth clients. Through it all, Maddy discovered she loved helping people navigate their financial lives, making each interaction not just efficient, but personal and reassuring.
After briefly stepping away to start a family, Maddy knew she wanted to return to the profession she loved but with greater flexibility and deeper purpose. In 2022, she found the perfect fit at BlueSky Wealth Advisors. What stood out most was the firm’s values—respect, integrity, knowledge, and service—paired with a supportive team culture and thoughtful onboarding experience.
Now based in South Florida, Maddy brings a decade of experience, an Associate’s degree in Business from Palm Beach State College, and credentials as a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) and licensed real estate agent. At BlueSky, she blends her operational know-how with client-first focus to ensure every interaction is smooth, meaningful, and tailored to each client’s unique journey.

Maddy is inspired daily by the clients she serves and the colleagues she works alongside. She finds joy in celebrating clients’ milestones and appreciates being part of a smart, supportive, and mission-driven team.
What Do You like to do Outside of the Office?
Maddy embraces the outdoors with her family—enjoying beach days, boating trips, and visiting new coastal towns.
She keeps active with HIIT workouts and volunteers through her church’s family ministry, as well as past service with Habitat for Humanity and local beach cleanups.
At home in South Florida, she and her husband are raising their adventurous three-year-old son, creating new memories from local outings to recent travels in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica.
